We believe it is essential to build an international network of professionals committed to the continuous improvement of standards related to animal welfare, veterinary quality, ethical management, behavioral wellbeing, and the development of more advanced and humane professional models within all sectors linked to the animal world.

Professionals, institutions, organizations, or centers interested in contacting our entity, requesting information, initiating certification procedures, submitting nominations for the Animal Welfare & Excellence Awards, or participating in our institutional collaboration programs may do so through the official forms available on our online platform.

In order to process any request appropriately, applicants will be required to provide basic identification and professional information, including full name, legal representative details where applicable, institution or company name, complete address, contact telephone number, professional email address, and a detailed description of the professional activity carried out.

Depending on the type of professional activity and the corresponding category, our organization may additionally require supporting documentation intended to verify the legal and administrative status of the applicant.

Veterinary clinics and hospitals may be required to provide activity licenses, veterinary or sanitary registrations, or equivalent administrative authorizations applicable under the legislation of the country or region where the activity is developed.

Breeding centers and professionals involved in reproductive activities or animal housing may be required to submit breeding licenses, zoological nucleus registration, animal facility authorizations, or any equivalent legal documentation applicable to their professional activity.

Canine educators, animal behavior specialists, trainers, and related professionals may be required to provide proof of registration within the corresponding professional or economic activity, professional credentials, educational certifications, or any documentation considered relevant to the evaluation and affiliation process.

Similarly, canine residences, boarding facilities, shelters, rescue organizations, and similar entities may be required to provide administrative documentation and operational authorizations according to the legislation applicable to their activity and geographical location.

The European Council for Animal Welfare & Excellence may also request additional information related to welfare protocols, infrastructure, environmental management systems, internal procedures, staff training, or any other elements considered necessary for institutional affiliation, evaluation, or certification procedures.

Our organization reserves the right to individually review each application and request additional documentation whenever necessary to ensure compliance with the ethical, professional, and legal principles promoted by the European Council for Animal Welfare & Excellence.

The submission of documentation or an application for membership or affiliation does not automatically imply the granting of certifications, accreditations, awards, or institutional recognitions. Any final decision shall remain subject to the internal evaluation procedures conducted by the corresponding scientific and ethical committees of our organization.

Through this international collaboration and institutional affiliation network, the European Council for Animal Welfare & Excellence seeks to promote a global professional community committed to a more ethical, advanced, humane, and welfare-oriented vision of animal care across all sectors related to the protection, management, treatment, education, and wellbeing of animals.
